Cam Chain Tensioner Roller, Upper Sprocket
Cam chain roller sprocket for Honda CB/CL/SL engines, CNC machined to high precision tolerances in the USA. Sprockets are then heat treated using a spin flame hardening process. This item replaces the OEM rubber lined upper roller that tends to fail from extended use.
Order includes one machined deformable rivet, and one machined roller sprocket containing a high speed/high load needle roller bearing.
Installing the rivet requires a rivet driver tool (see other ad to purchase a rivet driver tool specifically designed for this application). Alternatively, you can grind one yourself from a piece of round bar per the instruction document.
*Actual roller sprocket may appear darker in color due to the heat treating process.
